In 2019, we worked with Seçkin Sezgün on the Celtic Irish Pub in Beyoğlu, and our paths crossed again on the Kaktüs projects in Cihangir and Nişantaşı. Each time, he made a difference with his touch in the concept, menu, and team structure. He even found the right solutions when we were looking for senior management. Today, he's not just someone I work with, but someone I can call a friend.
In 2019, when I was bringing together street food and local flavors in the Gasto project in Nişantaşı, Seçkin abi was the person I consulted most for advice. His approach to both the industry and people is very different. Even today, he's one of the first people I call when we're going to do something new. He's always there for us with his sincerity and guidance.
In 2021, we collaborated with Seçkin Sezgün on the Maggie's project, working together on concept, identity, cost estimation, and design. His depth, vision, and sincere approach impressed us greatly. I've worked on many projects in the industry over the years, but Seçkin's disciplined work style, attention to detail, and command of the field truly make a difference. He imbues each brand with his own spirit; that's why Maggie's became more than just a space for us, it became a story.
We had the opportunity to work with Seçkin Sezgün when we took the first step in the Tatar Salim project in 2013. Since then, he has been a valuable asset, both in terms of management support and in terms of his industry expertise. His mastery of the subject and trustworthy approach have always been there for us.
A valued friend with whom I've maintained a long-standing friendship and exchange of industry knowledge since we met in 1997. He is one of the consultants who always honors us with his success in his work, his industry experience, and his demeanor, exemplifying strong work ethics. He is a role model in the industry, both in his character and vision.
We had the opportunity to work together on the Florya Şazeli project in 2015. His industry knowledge, team-building skills, and solution-oriented approach greatly facilitated the process. Since then, we've maintained close contact; he's one of our valued colleagues in the industry. He has further demonstrated this experience and vision through the brands he has subsequently brought to life.
